This file fixes a bug where only 7 players will show up in the in-world player list when there is more than 7 players. It will now show a maximum of 10 players. In addition the 'Player Name' column is wider so that it will show the (T) when players with longer names are transmitting voice.

To Install:

1) Download the file here:
http://zeroangel.overminddl1.com/misc_f ... _stats.cfg

2) If the link shows a text file, click on the [File] menu and click [Save As...] -- or alternative rightclick anywhere on the page and click [Save Page As...]

3) Save or copy the file into your [Battlezone 2/Addon] folder

Great! Good job ZA. Will try it out in the next days.

Now we just should report the problem with dropping the command and hidden players in shell.

I guess since this is also interface related. Some players who have installed the UEP addon that shows the name/health/ammo under each players F# report that the addon does not work. This will typically happen if you run BZ2 at a widescreen resolution.

To resolve this, go into the folder where you installed the addon and make a copy of [bzgame_team_1024x768.cfg] with the new name [bzgame_team_(YOUR RESOLUTION).cfg].

For example since I run bz2 at 1920x1080, i've had to rename my bzgame team file into bzgame_team_1920x1080.cfg

Better solution, UNINSTALL THE UEP.

The Full UEP mod is not recommended for strats because it causes bad assets on several strat maps.

Some parts of the UEP that can benefit all players even if you do not install the full UEP. Namely the teamcolor skins and F-Slot addons. Also, Cloaket's shell. I will make a topic regarding all of that soon-ish.

I must say, although UEP is unfinished and 'buggy', I am HAPPY as f%$#! they released it! UEP has soo many good qualities and improvements. A great MOD with so much future potential! It further stretches the ability of the BZ2 graphic engine and appears to be on a path to a BZ3 I have dreamt it to be. UEP incorporates SPACE/FLYING ship elements into the equation. I would LOVE to be able to have space strat/combat and then be able to land on planets to strat like traditional BZ2. Each planet could have different gravitational effects depending on mass, which adds realistic variables and FUN to the game. Graphics are improved with new races and recycler variants (recycler is like a mother F$#@!% space ship once you really get into exploring it). I have experienced bugs yes, but this is BETA as advertised. A well worthy playable beta version. I look forward to the next release! Kudos to the UEP team!! 8)

fantastic job ahadley. I love the UEP! If it would help, we can start a UEP forum to help garner beta testers and to list bugs as we find them. Suggestions etc.

Not sure about getting a whole forum for it, but your modding board needs work :P

Even if it took its near-death to do it, I really like the way this place's atmosphere has changed so suddenly.

The UEP is most definately a work-in-progress, and I'll try to get N1 to let us all know where it's at - we're both busy people, but he has worked on it more than me recently, so has more of an idea where we're at. We might get a chance to expand the testing crew, we're short a few as several have left.

Which section do you refer to when you say 'modding board' needs help? Maybe I should add a modding section?

TY .. been performing a bit of CPR for bz2maps lately. Forum and website updates that are obviously waaay overdue.

Please help spread the word: bz2maps.us is now http://bz2maps.US

I'm always open to suggestions to improve this place.

My mistake, I for some reason thought your maps board was maps and modding. That's the one I meant, though, as it's awfully dry and dusty down there.
